Presentation of FEM4R&D at the FEMtech Networking Meeting

On October 26, 2018, SYNYO presented the FEM4R&D project at the FEMtech meeting in Vienna. The panel discussion focused on the question, if diversity has already replaced gender in the discourse and in practice. Many companies integrated gender mainstreaming in a more general diversity management. However, this approach might have a negative impact on the gender equality. Based on the outcomes and the positive impact of the FEM4R&D project, SYNYO integrates both a high diversity as well as a rather balanced gender ration.
